When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number and billing address, along with the dates and property you are booking. We need these to create your reservation and to contact you about your stay.

When you browse, we store your saved properties and recently viewed homes in your own browser. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Card details you enter at checkout are passed directly to our booking system over an encrypted connection in order to take payment. We do not store your card number, expiry date or security code on our own systems, and they are never written to our logs.

We use your details to process your booking, to contact you about your stay, and to answer questions you send us. We do not sell your information.

Our property management system, Streamline, processes reservation and payment data on our behalf so that we can operate the booking.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
