A booking is confirmed once we have received your payment and issued a confirmation number. Until then, dates are not held for you.

Some homes only accept check-in on particular days, and many carry a minimum number of nights. These rules are shown on the availability calendar for each property.

Depending on how far ahead you book, you may be able to pay a deposit now and the balance closer to your stay. Where that option is available it is shown at checkout.

If a payment does not go through, we will hold your reservation and contact you to complete it. A reservation with an outstanding balance is not a confirmed booking.

Cancellation terms vary by property and by how far ahead you booked. The terms that apply to your stay are shown before you pay and repeated in your confirmation email.

Optional travel insurance and Cancel For Any Reason cover can be added at checkout where offered.

Occupancy is limited to the number of guests shown on the property page. Pets are only permitted at homes that say so.

Please treat each home as you would your own. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during your stay.
